L'agost // August

Just ara terminen les festes de Gràcia; a OSLO, cada any ho donem tot abans d'abaixar la persiana per la setmaneta que fem de vacances. I és que és un plaer poder participar de la vida d'aquest barri. Amb l'ajuda de sòcies i amigues construïm la portalada que decora la façana del local; una rentadora gegant o un ramat amb les seves pastoretes han sigut les temàtiques d'altres anys. Enguany Sole ens va donar 2000 gira-sols que tenia arreplegats al local de fa temps i els hem transformat en un ull gegant que habitava a la nostra finestra, observant la vida del barri.

Gracia neighborhood party just finished. Every year we actively participate in the district liveliness before going on holidays for a week. One of our activities is to decorate the street, with the help of friends and partners, a giant washing machine or herds with pastors where posible in the past. Sole gave us 2000 sunflowers this year and we create with them a giant eye that was placed in our window, looking the street live.

Com a novetat, hem participat en el concurs de truites; truita de sobrassada i pebrots, i truita de pa i parmesà. No vam guanyar el concurs però els cartells que ens va fer en gran Marc Brocal no tenien comparació. Gràcies amic!

As a novelty, we participated in the contest of tortillas with a couple of them; sobrasada with peppers and bread with parmesan. We did not win the contest but our posters by the great Marc Brocal had no comparison. Thanks friend!

I per últim, els tallers que fem pels més petits, tot un clàssic de les oslenyes; el llença confetis, el tocat indi o els mòbils. Aquest any hem fet selles amb goma Eva i hem estampat samarretes i cartolines a tot color. Us podem avançar que s'està preparant una bona fornada d'il·lustradores en aquest barri. Gràcies al carrer Perla i Joan Blanques per convidar-nos, i sobretot gràcies a tots els nanos que vau venir a gaudir amb nosaltres!Ara anem de vacances. Tornarem l'1 de setembre amb noves aventures creatives!!!

Children workshops are one of our classics. This year we have made stamps with rubber to print T-shirts and colored cardboards with them. We can anticipate that a good batch of illustrators is growing in this neighborhood. Thanks to Perla Street and Joan Blancas for inviting us, and thanks to all the kids that came to enjoy doing craft with us!
Now we go on vacation. We'll be back September 1st for more creative adventures !!!
